About Nirvana:

Nirvana was born on a fur farm in Minnesota. Like so many others, she was condemned to death the moment her life began. Thanks to Critters In Need, a non-profit fundraising organization who funded her rescue, we were able to give her a second chance.

Nirvana has had a rough start to life and is very afraid of people. Unfortunately, it is illegal to release "ranch foxes", which are captive bred in fur farms. Because of this rule, she will live the rest of her life with us. 

About Ranch Foxes:

Ranch Foxes have been bred in captivity for many generations. Through selective breeding, they can come in almost any different pattern or color. This is because of the diverse demands of the fur industry. Most of these foxes will never know what it is like to run, play, or live without fear and pain.
